Iowa Land Auction Prices, December 2-8

Sac County tops the market with a sale at $19,870/acre, with honorable mention going to Buchanan County’s sale at $18,500/acre. Five tracts were a “no sale” this week. While the market remains solid, some “no sale” at auction are still showing up. The 2023 auction season is winding down with decent volume expected for the next two weeks.
